Sensei Glen Frame 4th Dan, from the Bognor Regis Club visited on the 21st December and for the last Friday session before Xmas the students had a choice of wepons work with Sensei Glen or Advanced Kata work with Sensei Merv.

Following the lesson twenty six of the class went to the "River Spice" Indian Restaurant in Portchester Precinct, for a pre Xmas Curry.
