Congratulations to Callum Wright (15) and Liam Brown (11) on their attaining the grade of Shodan. (First dan) Black belt.

They both took the grading on Sunday the 4th October 2009 at the SEKU Black and Brown belt course held at their home Dojo at Portchester Community school.

Both Portchester karate club members demonstrated the required attitude and effort and displayed an excellant standard of Shotokan karate.

Apart from those taking grading exams there were twelve other Portchester club members training on the course.
