Wednesday 2nd January and the club resumed its training schedule. For the first lesson of the year we were relocated to the Portchester Community School in White Hart Lane.

The 6.30pm class started with everyone together and following the warm up and some basic techniques the class divided into 4 similar grade groups. Each group practicing Basics, Kata and Kumite as appropriate to the group grades. The fourth group being introduced to free style combinations.
