For the last senior grade session of 2012 on Friday 28th December (our 30th year anniversary ). Training was geared towards technique improvement, Heian Kata and Bassai Dai/Sho timing (with some self development on Bunkai). The session being rounded off with Jyu Ippon. With each component the emphasis was on technique improvement and then concluding with a spirited  "just do it" positive attitude.

Santa Clause was in the line up but guess who stood in front of him? A Months free training for the first person to email in the right answer. The class and their partners are of course excluded from the competition.
