Clubs latest Dan grade

Congratulations to Lou who started her Karate training in 2010. Although having a challenging job with the police force on shift work etc, maintained a steady training attendance and work rate. Like everyone else she has experienced the highs and lows of training and the challenges of attaining levels of competence in the various techniques, Kata and Kumite.

All her hard work came to fruition on Sunday 12th October 2014, when she successfully achieved her goal of Shodan (1st Dan Black Belt).
